Pizzeria Avalon philosophy is to create a special moment while you're eating your pizza. OUr pizzas are famous for particular tastes, colours and flavours. In our pizzas you can find even our personal stories and our passion. We use only high quality products, and we always choose Slow Food Presidia. Our pizza rises some hours and we work it following PIzza New School rules: we bake only soft and crunchy pizzas. Our pizza menu changes according to seasonality. Lorenzo, our pizza chef, dresses pizza when it’s raw in order to intensify all flavours and ingredients. Lorenzo loves his pizza and Paolo will take care of you during your stay with us.> OUR MENU
